I'm Brian Ramirez, founder of Silicon Desert Technology. With over 15 years building and leading software teams — across early-stage startups, digital agencies, and enterprise environments — I bring the kind of technical judgment that only comes from actually shipping products under pressure.
My role is simple: I'm your CTO. I help your business grow, scale, and make smarter technology decisions — without the cost and commitment of a full-time executive hire. I don't do the daily project work myself, but I know how to find, evaluate, and lead the people who do.
